If you are someone who deals with chronic aches, pains and tightness…this practice is for you. Maybe you feel great in your body and want to continue that feeling as you age….then this practice is for you. Roll and Release is the term I use to describe the practice of using gentle rolling techniques and simple, gentle movements to release tension in your body.
Done regularly this practice will relax and lengthen your muscles, will improve your overall circulation and will improve your mobility and ability to move through the world with ease. The techniques are super simple and can be done by anyone. The techniques can easily be done on your own practically anywhere…. But there’s the catch…. The techniques are so simple that I have found most people forget to do them or don’t take the dedicated time to practice them in their life. This is why we created our small group Roll and Release small group sessions!
Small Group Roll and Release sessions give you a way to consistently practice these techniques and feel the benefits in your life. An instructor will guide you through a sequence of rolls and movements each week in a serene small group environment and you are going to be amazed at how great your body feels after each session!
This session is safe and recommended for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Wear comfortable fitting clothes that allow your body to move. It’s important to be comfortable when you are working out. When you are distracted by anything, including what you are wearing, you’re not spending as much time focused on the important things!!
Currently we are only offering two Roll & Release Sessions in studio each week. That could change in the future if there is a demand for more sessions! So be sure to let us know if you would like to see this small group Roll & Release session on our schedule at a different day and time.
