In this Rivercity Pilates Live Better Workshop we’ll be exploring why healthy hips are essential to keeping your hips and your back feeling happy and you’ll learn simple exercises that help you keep your hips mobile, strong and feeling great!
This workshop is great for anybody who wants to learn more about how to use movement to feel better in their hips and back! No Pilates experience is necessary!
In the workshop you’ll learn how assess yourself to see if your hip muscles are weak and or tight. You’ll learn easy tips on how to activate weak underused muscles and you’ll learn simple exercises that can be used to create mobility and strength.
This is an on demand workshop. You’ll also receive an exercise guide you can use after the workshop for reference.
