Saturday, May 7th is international Pilates Day and we are celebrating and hosting some great opportunities for you to practice Pilates with us.
In studio, everything in our retail store will be 20% off! This includes at home props like balls, foam rollers, magic circles, grippy socks, Rivercity Pilates clothing, and more!
Take a session or stop by and shop and you’ll get your name in our Pilates Day drawing to win a free Foot Refresh Session with Sara Sea, free virtual classes, Pilates props for home and more!
We’ll be open at the studio (1210 N Jordan Suite 1) from 8 am – 12 noon. Pick your favorite session from the list below and pre-register using the link. Space is limited, so please choose only 1 session. You’ll pre-register by “buying” the class in mind body – but the class is free.

9 am Free Virtual Pilates All Level Class with Donny
No matter where you are on Pilates Day, you can practice with us if you have an internet connection! Invite a friend to class to earn an extra entry into our Pilates Day drawing!

8 am Magical Moves for Balance and Strength with Rachel
In this 30 minute session you’ll practice simple standing and seated exercises designed to help you improve your balance and increase your strength, all with the Magic Circle.
The Magic Circle is a small portable piece of Pilates equipment created by Joseph Pilates and is often the first piece of Pilates equipment that clients buy to practice at home with!
9 am Pilates Tower Exercises for a Happy Back with Rachel
This 30 minute session will focus on our favorite tower exercises to keep your back and hips happy! No Pilates experience necessary!
You’ll appreciate the support and feedback of the Pilates equipment as you practice strength and mobility exercises that will leave your body feeling fabulous!
10 am Strengthen, Stretch & Remove Stress Pilates with Brenda
This 30 Minute Pilates Mat Session will use a variety of props to highlight exercises that help your body move with ease.
If you are looking for an exercise session that not only helps you build strength but helps you minimize stiffness and tightness in your body…this is your session!
11 am Pilates for your Feet with Carey
This 30 minute session is all about feet!
Mobility and strength in your feet are key to moving well in your body. Carey will teach you how you specific exercises for your feet that will improve not just how your feet feel but how your whole body feels.
You’ll love this session if you are dealing with pain or tightness in your feet or if you are just curious about how exercising your feet could help your whole body feel better!
You will get to experience three different pieces of Pilates equipment: the Toe Corrector, The Foot Corrector and the Pilates Reformer!
Endeavor Chiropractic and Healing (located inside the studio) will be hosting an open house that day. If you haven’t met Dr. Julie yet this is a great day to stop by and meet her and learn more about her business!
