Our clients are busy people and sometimes travel time to the studio for a session just doesn’t fit between family, career and community obligations. We’ve created a variety of on-demand memberships to meet your specific needs! On demand options allow you to get your workouts in with your favorite instructors anytime, anywhere!
No special equipment is required for attending these classes. You’ll need access to the internet, and you can view the classes on your phone, your tablet, your laptop or your smart TV.
In some classes the instructor will use a prop to assist you in the exercises. Props commonly used are a resistance band, a small fitness ball, a foam roller, small hand weights and a magic circle. For our Barre classes, you can use a chair or your kitchen counter as your barre substitute.
