We’ll be going over strategies you can use to practice any exercise without neck or shoulder strain. If your goal is to practice Pilates to feel better in your body, the last thing I want is to create discomfort or tightness in your neck and shoulders while you are practicing exercises.

You’ll learn:
- An easy pre-Pilates sequences of exercises that will help you make sure you are not straining or overworking the muscles in your neck and shoulders.
- You’ll learn specific strategies you can use to ensure you are strengthening your core and facilitating releasing and stretching tight muscles in your neck and shoulders.
- We’ll practice some traditional basic Pilates exercises so you can practice these new strategies and find what works best in your body.
