This month’s #LiveBetter Workshop will be focused on learning more about the Pilates principles and how you can incorporate them into your life, into your Pilates practice and really into anything you are doing to move your body.
Joseph Pilates created this method of exercises based on some key ideas that can be seen over and over again throughout the Pilates exercises.
When you better understand these key ideas or “principles” you’ll feel more confident moving your body whether you are practicing Pilates or going for a hike in the woods.
This workshop will incorporate learning about the principles and then practicing what you’ve learned by doing some basic Pilates mat exercises.
