Coming in June – Chakra Yin Yoga!

Everyone loved Rachel’s 4 week Chakra Yin Yoga series this winter….so she’s decided to offer it again in June!   

Chakra Yin Yoga will be a Yin Yoga session focused on practicing poses designed to bring energy and focus to each of the 7 chakras. Chakras are energy centers in the body and focusing on these specific areas can help balance your whole body energy and improve your sense of mental, emotional and physical well being.

Rachel will give you lots of variations to find a “comfortable for your body” position for each pose and you’ll hold each pose for 2-5 minutes.  Yin Yoga is known for being a great practice to calm your nervous system and allow your body time and space to deeply relax.

This session will be great for beginners, great for those who have practiced Yin Yoga before and great for anyone who wants to explore the benefits of relaxing your body and rebalancing your nervous system to a state of calm and ease. Session is limited to 5 participants.  Sign up in Mindbody under appointments or simply email or call us to reserve your spot.
