For the month of March, we’re focusing on 10 foundational exercises.

They don’t take long.
They don’t require equipment.
But practiced consistently, they can change how your body feels.


How the Challenge Works

You choose your level of commitment:

✔ 3x Per Week

Practice Pilates Mat exercises at least 3 times per week in March
→ Earn a Rivercity Pilates tee shirt

You could literally win just by attending 3 small group mat sessions per week in the studio.

✔ Every Day in March

Practice daily
→ Earn a Rivercity Pilates sweatshirt

Thirty-one days of showing up for your body.

What Counts?

If you practice Pilates Mat on any given day — it counts.

That could be:

• The 10 exercises we’ve given you
• An on-demand mat class
• A virtual class
• An in-studio small group session
• Practicing your favorite mat exercises on your own
