Shuva is a Yoga teacher who is passionate about making Yoga accessible to all bodies. She’s relatable, kind, funny and goes out of her way to make each session a great experience for you!

No more than 5 people so everyone gets individual attention. We think it’s important that your teacher knows you and your goals and you are able to build connections with the others in the session.

Wear comfortable fitting clothes that allow your body to move. It’s important to be comfortable when you are working out. When you are distracted by anything, including what you are wearing, you’re not spending as much time focused on the important things!!
Our small group Yoga sessions are designed specifically for those coming to the session each week. You can always schedule through Mindbody a session as long as you are scheduling 2 hours or more before the session time. This gives your instructor time to plan for who is coming to the session, giving you the best possible session experience!
