Our small group Pilates Mat sessions allow you to practice the Pilates Mat exercises in a welcoming small group environment. Teachers gives modifications and variations so you can find the best version of the exercises in your body. Teachers will use various props like balls, foam rollers and resistance bands to help support you. Learning the Pilates Mat exercises in your body gives you an easily accessible way to practice Pilates just about anywhere and helps you create a movement practice you can do for a lifetime! Beginners welcome!
Wear comfortable fitting clothes that allow your body to move. It’s important to be comfortable when you are working out. When you are distracted by anything, including what you are wearing, you’re not spending as much time focused on the important things!!
