YIN YOGA SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

  • Objective

Use the Pilates Method and strength training to improve your overall strength and mobility.

  • Instructor: Shelley Waldron

  • Sundays at 9 am

Reserve your spot for the Wednesdays that you can attend.

  • Small on Purpose

No more than 5 people so everyone gets individual attention.  We think it’s important that your teacher knows you and builds a relationship with you so she can help you get the most out of each session!

  • Schedule Ahead

Get in the habit of moving on a regular basis by scheduling ahead your weekly sessions. Simply let us know and we’ll schedule you on going for your favorite sessions.  If you need to miss a session just let us know by email or by phone.  When it comes to improving your balance consistency is key!  You’ll love the confidence you’ll gain by joining this weekly session.

  • What to Wear

Wear comfortable fitting clothes that allow your body to move.  It’s important to be comfortable when you are working out.  When you are distracted by anything, including what you are wearing, you’re not spending as much time focused on the important things!!  Most people go barefoot or wear grippy socks for this session, but you can wear tennis shoes for this small group if you prefer.

Why choose this session?

Slow. Supportive. Seriously restorative.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice where you relax into simple shapes for 2–5 minutes with the support of props. Instead of “working harder,” you’ll learn to soften—giving your joints, fascia, and nervous system the time they need to unwind. It’s the perfect complement to Pilates and strength training, especially for anyone who feels stiff, tight, or stressed.
