Objective
Improve your strength and bone density!
If you know you need to add strengthening into your exercise routine but are not quite sure what to do, how to do it or maybe you are just not motivated to do it on your own…this small group sesison is for you!
Each session will use weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises to improve your strength and even help you increase bone density. You’ll be able to start at your level and progress as you get stronger. No experience is needed.
This session is safe and recommended for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Wear comfortable fitting clothes that allow your body to move. It’s important to be comfortable when you are working out. When you are distracted by anything, including what you are wearing, you’re not spending as much time focused on the important things!! Many clients go barefoot or wear grippy socks for this session but you are welcome to wear shoes if you prefer.
Even if you are completely new to lifting weights or strength training..we promise you’ll be comfortable in this small group sesison! Shannon gives you step by step guidance and teaches you how to progress your weights to build strength over time.
