  • Schedule Ahead

    Our small group sessions often fill up because of their small size. Get in the habit of moving on a regular basis by scheduling ahead your weekly sessions and guarantee that you can stay consistent with your workouts. Simply let us know and we’ll schedule your on going for your favorite sessions.

Wednesday 10:00 AM Pilates Reformer Session

Looking for a consistent way to build strength, improve your posture, and enjoy the benefits of a regular Pilates practice?

Our Wednesday 10:00 AM Pilates Reformer Session with Shiho is a wonderful place to begin—or to add another Pilates session to your weekly routine. Each week you’ll practice the Pilates exercises Joseph Pilates created for the Reformer while receiving personalized instruction that helps you move in the way that’s best for your body.

Although the Reformer is the primary focus of this session, your instructor may occasionally incorporate other Pilates equipment or small props to support your practice and keep each class engaging.

With just four participants, you’ll receive plenty of individual attention while enjoying the encouragement and camaraderie of practicing alongside others. As your confidence grows, you’ll discover that a regular Pilates practice not only makes you stronger—it also helps you move through everyday life with greater ease and awareness.

This session is appropriate for both newer and experienced Pilates participants and is safe for individuals with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

How to Register: In Mindbody, simply enroll in the Wednesday 10:00 AM Pilates Equipment Session. This Reformer-focused class is offered as part of our Pilates Equipment schedule.

What to wear:

Wear comfortable fitting clothes that allow your body to move.  It’s important to be comfortable when you are working out.  When you are distracted by anything, including what you are wearing, you’re not spending as much time focused on the important things!!

No! This session is appropriate for both newer and experienced Pilates participants. Because there are only four people in each class, Shiho can provide individualized instruction and modifications so everyone can work at the right level.

This session is safe for individuals with osteopenia and osteoporosis. Be sure to let your instructor know your diagnosis and she will guide you through appropriate exercise choices and modifications based on your individual needs.

A maximum of three participants. Keeping our classes small allows for personalized instruction while creating a welcoming, supportive environment.
