Small Group Pilates Mat & Strength Group
This session, taught by Shiho will incorporate the use of small weights (1-5 pounds) into the Pilates mat work to build strength while getting a whole body workout. This session is beginner friendly - and appropriate for those diagnosed with osteopenia.
